"Shout! For the Lord has given you the city" (Joshua 6:16b).This is the theme of our 2009 International Church in the Workplace Conference on the theme of Reclaiming the 7 Mountain of Culture. If you are called to impact culture through your marketplace calling you must understand the spiritual and the physical dimension of your assignment. This year's conference will focus on the process that God uses in the life of the leader to impact culture. You will understand how to combine the spiritual and the natural to affect culture. You will hear case studies you can apply to your industry. Our lineup of speakers this year includes proven practitioners that will help you take your mountain. God says, "The city and all that is in it are to be devoted to the Lord" (Joshua 6:17). How do we practically apply this principle in our work life calling? How does the local church equip believers to fulfill this mandate? What are the hindrances that will keep me from fulfilling my destiny? These are but a few of the issues we will address in this year's conference.
Speakers for 2009 include your hosts Os and Angie Hillman, Lance Wallnau, Doug Spada, Johnny Enlow, Dr. Paul Hegstrom, Bishop Julius Oyet and special guest, child artist prodigy, Akiane. Worship will be provided by Donn Thomas, an internationally recognized worship leader. Special breakout workshops will be conducted to help you implement strategies to fulfill God's calling for you to take your mountain of influence.
